Your school will then certify your PLUS Loan and will return the Master Promissory Note and school certification for processing to: American Student Assistance (ASA) 100 Cambridge Street Boston, MA 02114 USA If you are declined for a PLUS Loan, Student Loan International offers the Second Look® Program. A credit representative will explain to the parent why the approval was not granted and provide suggestions that may help to resolve the credit issues.
