Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). You can complete your FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (Note: when loading your school code you must enter the letter "G" in place of the first "0" in the code). Click here to get your school code.
Two or three days after you have completed the FAFSA form online you will be sent a Student Aid Report (SAR). Print up a copy of the PDF version of your SAR. |

Mail to your school's financial aid contact the following documents:

Your completed & signed Grad PLUS Loan MPN |
| b. |
A copy of your SAR |

Your school will then certify your Grad PLUS Loan and submit the forms to our guarantors for disbursement. |
